Your comissioners are here to make your time as an an9el an enjoyable experience and have the crews best interest at heart.  They are fair and have the power to discipline or reward members who break crew policies or show they are willing to step up into positions of leadership.  Expectations of commissioners are as follows:

• A commissioner must show outstanding leadership by setting high standards shown in the way they conduct themselves in freeroam, missions, heists and all other forms of gameplay.  They must always lead by example

• Be available to crew members who need help or advice while online and active in SNOW

• Act on all complaints or disciplinary matter by following complaints procedures

• Make unbaised decisions when dealing with problems that concern friends

• Report to leader when making disciplinary decisions and taking serious misconduct action

• Communicate with other commissioners and liutenants

• Actively take part in discussions and posting of information on the crew Social Club page
• Enforce all snowsAn9elz policies and follow procedures 
• Recruit female characters
• Only accept invites to the crew if you are sure the request is coming from someone with a female character
• Offer input and advice towards questions and queries
• Help with setting up crew meetings and adhereing to crew meeting policies
• Teach lower ranks best ways to complete missions and ensure they know the importance of loading up on snacks & armour and using them during missions
• Help an9elz rank up and make money
• Not take part in any glitches or exploits other then building glitches
