POLICY:

 

• All crew members wishing to attend must be aware of, and adhere to the itinerary which is available on the crew website and facebook page before each meeting

• To minimise waiting time - 

  • You must enter the session in required Dress Code

  • You must enter the session with required car modded as necessary

• If stated, all members must engage passive mode once in the session

  • ​Failure to do so will result in you being shot by a commissioner or Liutenant until you enter passive mode

    • ​This minimise chances of members engaging in battles while waiting

    • Ensures we are not wasting time 

    • Protects yourself from people who join with the intention to cause trouble

• Crew sessions have one main leader who overides any decisions however each member will be assigned to a co-leader who will ensure you are participating, sticking to itinerary and relaying communications to those who do not have headset.  They are responsible to keeping you in check

• Itinerary must be followed

• Even the best laid out plans can go wrong and the itinerary may change to suit the situation.

• It is up to each member to ensure you are aware of what is going on and listening to instruction of the leaders.  

• You must take part in activity

• Do not invite your friends UNLESS they are potential recruits or have permission.  Crew members have first priority

• Quite often we try take photos during sunset or sunrise, please ensure your vehicles are in good condition and your ready 

• Enable easy communication.  If you dont have a headset, please use your tv to listen to instruction if possible, if not pay attention to what is going on and listen to instruction give to you via text and respond if necessary

 

CREW MEETING PROCEEDURES FOR LEADERS:

 

1. If available for a meeting, please engage in setups and trial runs for the session prior to the meeting date

2. Offer support and suggests such as -

   • Locations

   • Cars

   • Dress Code

   • Photo Shoots

   • Activities

3. Responsible for assigned members during crew meeting

4. Ensuring open communication with assigned players

5. Be sure the itinerary is main priority and followed
6. Assigned players are in correct dress code and have required car
7. Responsible for assigned players engaging passive mode if required for session and willing to shoot them until they are
8. Promote crew sessions before the meeting
